A family that builds homes

Feriron was founded in 1994 by Robert Harroch, an Ashkelon native who built his business in Paris. That year he bought three plots at the southern entrance to the Ashkelon marina. The company and the marina grew up together, around one idea: Ashkelon as Israel's seaside resort city.

Royal Marina was the first project built on the city's coastline. The Royal Marina Tower and Feriron Elite followed. Robert Harroch is Chairman; Mickael Harroch has been CEO since 2009.

Feriron is part of the French COPADIG group, which invests in income property, buildings and urban renewal in Paris and its suburbs.

From the CEO

When my father came from Paris to Ashkelon in 1994, the marina was still a vision. He believed the city he was born in would become Israel's seaside resort, and he built the first project on its coastline.

I have led the company since 2009. We still work like a family business: we know our buyers by name, adapt each home to the family, and stay close long after the keys are handed over.

We don't only build Ashkelon. We live here.

Mickael Harroch, CEO, Feriron

Buying from abroad

Most Feriron buyers live outside Ashkelon: in France, the UK, the United States and Jerusalem. They buy for the holidays, for summers by the sea, and for retirement near the grandchildren.

Tailored to your family

We adapt the layout and finishes of each apartment to the family that will live in it.

Managed while you are away

Royal Ashkelon rents out and manages your apartment. Royal Marina maintains the building.
