Accessibility statement
General
Feriron is committed to providing an equal, respectful and accessible service to every visitor, including people with disabilities. We have worked to make this website clear and easy to use for everyone.
Accessibility level
The website was adapted to the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and to Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.
The site was tested with automated tools and manually in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile.
What we did
- Full keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- A "skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Text alternatives for images and clear names for buttons and links.
- A logical heading structure, with language and reading direction set on every page in Hebrew, English and French.
- Sufficient colour contrast in both light and dark mode.
- The homepage slideshow can be paused, and stops automatically when the device is set to reduce motion.
- A contact form with a label for every field, marked required fields, and messages announced to screen readers.
- An accessibility menu (button in the corner of the screen): larger text, high contrast, highlighted links, stop animations and a readable font. Your settings are saved on your device.
- Full support for phones and tablets, and browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
Known limitations
Videos are embedded from YouTube, and their accessibility (including captions) depends on the video owners. Project renderings are illustrations; the project details also appear as text.
We keep testing and improving the site. If you find something that is not accessible, please let us know.
Accessibility at our offices
Our offices at 26 Yefe Nof St., Ashkelon, are on the ground floor, with direct step-free access from the street and no need for a lift.
To arrange a meeting that suits your needs, or for any question about accessibility at our offices, please contact our accessibility coordinator.
Accessibility requests and complaints
If you encounter a problem, please contact our accessibility coordinator. To help us deal with it, please describe the problem, the page where it occurred, and the browser and device you used.
We will review every request, reply and fix the problem as soon as possible, and no later than 60 days from receiving it.
